How it Works

Lessons are set up on a weekly basis. Students attend on the same day and time each week with the same instructor. All lessons are private; we do not offer group lessons. We offer all levels and styles of music and try to slant the lessons to the type of music students are interested in. Lessons are offered 7 days a week.

The cost for 4 lessons a month is $115.00. There is a one-time $25.00 registration fee per family, not per student or instrument. The lessons are 30 minutes in length. Billing is set up on an auto pay system with your credit card, debit card or checking account, and you will be billed the first week of each month. It takes 30 days to stop the draft, so we require a 30 day written notice to withdraw from lessons, which can be emailed to us. If you can’t attend through your 30 day notice the lessons can be placed on hold for you to use at a later date.

Our cancelation policy allows only one missed lesson per month, with a 24hr advance notice. We do try to be flexible with illness, but we must stick to the policy so that there are not last minute cancellations. If you will be out for an extended period of time (i.e.: 3 weeks or longer) it is best to give a 30 day notice and we can place your pre-paid lessons on hold until you are able to return. There is no guarantee that you will be able to keep your same day and time when you return if you choose to drop.

Teachers usually reschedule lessons directly with the parents at their convenience. If you are unable to schedule a makeup lesson due to parent or teacher conflict, when you reach 4 excused absences, we will not debit your account for a month. If you miss a scheduled make-up lesson, there will not be another make-up offered. Some months will have 5 weeks. You will only be debited and scheduled for lessons the first 4 weeks of the month. The fifth week of the month is reserved for make-up lessons to be scheduled at the teacher’s discretion.
